Paul Winters

Chief Executive Officer, Connected Processing

Paul is an accomplished executive with experience in operation, product distribution, and high-stake negotiations. Winters has been a highly respected leader in the Automated Teller Machine (ATM) and Independent Sales Organization (ISO) since the early 1990’s and is result oriented in business start-ups and business development. Co-founding Connected Processing Services in 2018, Winters pushes the company to work with “big-tech” and “big-business” to create new payment programs for smaller companies and individuals pushing new ideas and strategies.

Winters co-founded and served as CEO and President of Momentum Cash Systems, Inc., out of Houston, TX, in 1992. Under Winters visionary leadership, Momentum Cash pioneered its way to becoming the largest national ATM distributor for Tidel and Triton ATM systems, creating what is known today as “Placement” and “Full Service” ATM deployments used by almost every ATM ISO currently, long before “Vault Cash” was even coined. In 1995, Winters served as CEO and President of ATM Providers, Inc., which he founded. Winters successfully closed national accounts across the country with corporate retail giants such as Shell, Chevron, Sears, Dillard’s, JC Penny, and thousands of independent owner operators. ATM Providers is currently enjoying its 26th year of business and run by his brother-in-law. In 2014, Winters started Winco Homes, Inc.; a home construction and finance company to build custom homes and be a hard money lender for small construction or real estate businesses looking to “flip” houses.

Winters attended Drury College in Springfield, MO and earned several All-American titles in swimming as a member of the schools National Championship Swim Team. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, and spending time with his wife of 24 years and his four children.
