EVENT SAFETY & COVID-19 INFORMATION

Recent Update to Event Safety Procedure

Due to new NYC mandates, the hotel/venue has confirmed that attendees will be required to show proof of vaccination against COVID-19 before entering the event space. The executive order issued by the mayor regarding vaccination requirements in New York City states that all customers, employees, and vendors are required to be vaccinated for all indoor dining at restaurants, bars, catering/event facilities, and any other indoor sit-down dining options.

The hotel will have a station set up on the 3rd floor for checking proof of vaccination of all event participants. Attendees will need to stop by this station before arriving at the event space on the 7th floor. After checking your proof of vaccination and ID, the hotel will issue you a bracelet. This bracelet will be required to enter all hotel event spaces.

Proof of vaccination (with a valid form of identification) means proof of receipt of at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine authorized for emergency use or licensed for use by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration or authorized for emergency use by the World Health Organization. Such proof may be established by:

(1) A CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card or an official immunization record from the jurisdiction, state, or country where the vaccine was administered or a digital or physical photo of such a card or record, reflecting the person’s name, vaccine brand, and date administered

(2) A New York City COVID Safe Pass (Available to download on Apple and Android smartphone devices and can be used by any NYC visitor or resident)

(3) A New York State Excelsior Pass (Available for use by persons who have not tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 10 days and have been fully vaccinated in the state of New York or received a negative COVID test in the state of New York)

While Engage 2021 NYC will be an in-person event, it will be conducted according to the guidance of the CDC, New York state/local government, and any venue-specific protocols. These will be constantly reviewed and our safety plan adjusted as necessary to match the latest medical advice and government regulations. All Euronet Software Solutions employees attending this event will be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Additionally, we have provided the following resources for accessing COVID-19 information for the New York area and travel guidelines:
